Our Role
BlushBoys is a video index site. We don’t host any videos ourselves, so we can’t remove videos from the internet. What we do is remove the listings and embedded players from our site. If you want a video taken down completely, you’ll need to contact the site hosting it as well.
How to Send a Notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))
To report a copyright issue, please include:
- The URL(s) of the listing(s) on blushboys.com
- A description of the copyrighted work you own
- Your name, address, and email address
- A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized, made in good faith
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner
- Your signature (typed is fine)
Send your notice to the Copyright Agent for BlushBoys through our contact page at contact page.
What Happens Next
We review valid notices within a few business days and remove the infringing listings. If you receive a removal and believe it was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) through the same contact form. If a source leads to repeated valid copyright claims, we will remove all its listings from BlushBoys permanently.
